Who we are

This website is run by Next Reality Real Estate Brokers L.L.C, a real estate brokerage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 971810). We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the controller of that data.

The law that applies

We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, data protection laws in those places, such as the GDPR, may also give you rights over your data. This policy explains those rights in general terms.

What we collect

Details you give us

When you send an enquiry through a form on this website, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• your preferred language and preferred contact method;
• your main goal, budget band and timeline, as you choose them;
• your consent to be contacted about the enquiry.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep the details and messages you send us.

How you reached our site

To understand which pages and adverts bring enquiries, we record:

• campaign tags in the web address (UTM parameters);
• advertising click identifiers, such as those added by Meta and Google;
• the page where you first arrived and the page that referred you.

We store this in our own cookie for 90 days and send it with your enquiry. If you visit from the EU, the EEA or the UK, we write the cookie only after you accept cookies; until then, it is kept in your browser for the current visit only and is not sent to us. An enquiry you make before accepting includes no attribution information and no advertising cookie values.

When you send an enquiry, we also send the Meta and Google Analytics identifiers stored in your browser, if it has them, and the address of the page you sent it from. Our server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address and phone number to limit repeated submissions.

Cookies and usage data

We use cookies and similar technologies for security, analytics and advertising measurement, through Google tags (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. Our cookie policy explains which ones, why, and how to change your choices.

Why we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and give you the consultation you asked for.
• To keep a record of your enquiry and our conversations in our customer records, so any member of our team can help you.
• To follow up on your enquiry by your chosen contact method.
• To measure how our website and adverts perform, including which adverts lead to enquiries.
• To protect the website and our forms from spam, bots and abuse.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed real estate brokerage.

Our legal bases

We rely on your consent when you send an enquiry and when you accept analytics or marketing cookies where we ask for it. We also process data where it is needed to take steps you ask for, such as preparing a consultation, where we must do so to meet a legal obligation, and, where the law allows, for our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure and measuring its performance.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers below, and only for the purposes described.

If you decide to buy a property, we share the details needed for the booking with the developer or other parties involved, with your agreement. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a regulator or a court.

International transfers

Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UAE, for example in the European Union or the United States. Where data leaves the UAE, we rely on the protections the law requires for cross-border transfers and on the providers’ contractual terms and safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for 2 years after our last contact with you. The website system that passes your enquiry to our team keeps its own copy for 30 days after delivery, then deletes it. After that, we delete or anonymise your records unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Cookies are kept for the periods in our cookie policy.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, where we have no reason to keep it;
• restrict or stop processing of your data;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• transfer your data to another organisation, where the law provides for it.

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@nextreality.ae with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it. We will reply within the time the applicable law requires.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time. To stop us contacting you about an enquiry, email info@nextreality.ae or tell us in any conversation. To change your cookie choices, see our cookie policy. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Security

Our website uses encrypted connections, our forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to help you. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the website forms.

Children

This website is meant for adults considering a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has sent us their details, email info@nextreality.ae and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
