Cookie Policy
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site secure, to understand how it is used and to measure our adverts. Analytics and marketing tags load through Google Tag Manager. Visitors from the EU, the EEA and the UK are asked for consent first and can change their choice at any time.
In short
The plain version. The full text below is what applies.
- We use a small number of cookies to keep the site secure, to understand how it is used and to measure our adverts.
- Analytics and marketing tags load through Google Tag Manager.
- Visitors from the EU, the EEA and the UK are asked first, and can change their choice at any time.
- You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as scripts that read or write data in your browser, work in much the same way. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.
The categories we use
Necessary. These keep the website secure and working, for example protecting our forms from bots. They cannot be switched off in our settings, but you can block them in your browser, which may stop parts of the site working.
Analytics. These help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and where people leave, so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Marketing. These measure our adverts, for example whether a visit from an advert led to an enquiry. We use the Meta Pixel and our own attribution cookie, nr_attr.
How tags are loaded
Google Tag Manager loads our analytics and marketing tags: Google Analytics (GA4), the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. It loads after your first interaction with the page or after a few seconds. Apart from Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms, we do not add other third-party scripts to the site.
We use Google Consent Mode. Before Google Tag Manager loads, we tell it whether analytics and advertising storage is allowed, and the tags adjust what they store and send to match.
Consent for EU, EEA and UK visitors
Your browser asks Cloudflare, which delivers our website, which country you are visiting from. If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we show a consent banner. Until you accept, Consent Mode tells the tags that analytics and advertising storage is denied, and we do not write the nr_attr cookie. If you decline, it stays that way.
If you visit from any other country, or if your country cannot be determined, you do not see a banner. Consent Mode then allows analytics and advertising storage, the tags load as described above, the nr_attr cookie is written, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.
When you send an enquiry, our server also reports it to Meta through the Conversions API and to Google Analytics. If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, this happens only after you accept cookies, and not if you decline. Our privacy policy explains what is sent.
Changing your choices
If you saw our consent banner, a Cookie Settings link appears in the footer of every page. Use it to change or withdraw your choice at any time.
If you did not see the banner, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies only. Blocking necessary cookies may stop forms from working.
